Professional helicopter flight training with Ardmore Helicopters
 

You wont regret a decision to train with Ardmore Helicopters. Flight training is the core of our business. We provide personalised training from experienced Instructors who will ensure you develop a depth of knowledge surpassing that required for your examination and licence. We train to a structured but flexible program which can be tailored to suit your needs. Part time or full time training options can easily be accommodated.

To obtain your licence you will need to be at least 17 years of age and hold a Class 2 NZ medical certificate. You'll need to pass six PPL written examinations which we offer courses for in association with Ardmore Flying School. We can also help arrange some student loans. Once you've developed enough basic skills, we'll sign you off for a first solo - a great achievement and a moment you'll remember forever. After a minimum of 50 hours flying, you'll be ready for your PPL flight test. Come in and meet our team. You'll soon see why you should train with us.
